• Shva is a gui annotation editor that visualizes and audializes the allignment of an annotation against its signal base that is encoded by the ALingA format. shva and the libraries listed below that it depends on are Free Software. They are licensed under various versions of the General Public License stated within each package.
• Libogg++ is a thread-safe implementation of the Ogg format that the two libraries below are based on.
• Libalinga is an implementation of the ALingA format.
• Libneuro is a PCM codec designed to work with libalinga, but can be used on its own.
